Background

Three to four educational conferences typically are scheduled during the academic year by the CRS, including one half-day session on a Saturday. We are happy to offer exhibit and corporate sponsorship opportunities for these events.

Overview

The average physician attendance at most meetings is about 60-70 and had been growing during the few years before the pandemic. Our members are anxious to get back to normal, and we are optimistic that attendance will return to previous levels.

We believe this format provides a great corporate opportunity, not only for recognition of your support, but more importantly, one-on-one interaction with Chicago-area practicing rheumatologists and rheumatology fellows. Typically, we have three or four meetings during the year, including a half-day session with several speakers. At our evening meetings, a reception in the exhibit area precedes the program, and the half-day conference starts with breakfast, break and post meeting time for exhibitors.

Companies interested in having an exhibit at a CRS conference are welcome. We offer a tabletop display opportunities. (Please note that depending on the location of the meeting, exhibit space may be limited.) In addition to the display space, all participating companies will receive a list of all meeting attendees, as well as printed and verbal recognition at the meeting.

Company Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Exhibit Table – $1,500. Please note that there are limitations at some of the meeting locations. Exhibit space may be a 6-foot table-top display or smaller depending on the venue. The exhibit area is in a separate space from where the CME lectures are given, but we will ensure ample opportunity for exhibitors and doctors attending to interact during the pre-lecture reception time. In addition, all participating companies will be provided a list of the physicians in attendance.
